Earth is in danger of the sun dying and killing its inhabitants and it's citizens are transported to the safest planet; New Prime. Earth remains, and an inter planetary terrorist; The Phantom; threatens to assassinate New Prime if not given a ransom. A large bounty is put on The Phantom, leading two bounty hunters to capture him and split the profits.
