Awaking three days after a chilling near-death experience, Junior Phillips has unexpectedly woken a haunting inner-gift that allows him to communicate with the dead. An inner-gift that he never wanted. But after inadvertently making contact with the departed souls of his sassy spirit guide and his snooty cat, he is forced into a chilling realization: ghosts are here whether he wants to believe in them or not. Soon, the Other Side begins to stir with unrest after his three deadbeat roommates unwittingly unleash an ancient demonic energy known as "The Vex." Forced on a wild ghost-chase, they must prevent this shadowy menace from gaining the energy to possess the living.
