EVERYBODY HAS A STORY. The Danish Girl Andrea is living an empty and restless life. After following along with other peoples desires for too long, she suddenly finds herself lost in life, in a profound existential crisis, that makes her wonder: Is this worth it at all? By chance, she encounters the charismatic African priest Daniel, who introduces her to a new world of spirituality and belief. In Daniel and the Church, Andrea finds a freeing new, glorious lead in life. Forced to ask herself; Is she willing to do whatever it take to change her life? Is she ready to choose happiness? But soon she has to realize, that we can not rest on others to take responsibility for our happiness, and once again she find herself alone in life - but maybe not lost.
